To try and figure things out about the Deh Cho Bridge project, I created a spreadsheet where I tried to model the various parts of the Concession Agreement. Not for the faint of heart, it is completely uncertified, without warranty and potentially carcinogenic, but those who are interested can download it (see the External Links section below). There are also some notes about the spreadsheet here on the BridgeWiki.
The spreadsheet tries to calculate the toll revenues (with the two different Traffic Forecasts and GNWT contributions, inflation adjustments, principal and interest payments, and the returns for each year.
