Here some questions and assumptions a poor confused Raven has had to make due to lack of information.
- Budget - there's no newer details on the construction budget (now around $192 million) since the original 2010 package that was released.
- I'm assuming none of the additional $10 million announced in Dec 2011 will go bond payments or ferry/iceroad costs. I'm also assuming that none of the costs below are included in it, either.
- the capital costs of the tolling system will be at least $1 million, as previously indicated, for some sort of camera/electronic identification system.
- there is no public guidance on annual toll collection costs. I'm assuming a few hundred thousand dollars a year until better info is available.
- there's no update on annual bridge O&M costs.
