Additional Funds Outstanding

The Additional Funds Outstanding balance was defined as the total of all Additional Funds advanced by the GNWT to the DCBC that had not been repaid. The GNWT would have charged the DCBC interest on this balance at its own short-term borrowing rate. Any Excess Funds in a year would have first been applied to reducing this balance.
